At aurapetra.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels.
  • Not show signs of damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Clearance, final sale, or specially marked non-returnable items.
  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products, where applicable.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, incorrect, or faulty item, Aurapetra LLC will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is requested for personal reasons, such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer wanting the product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returned packages lost during transit.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product if it is damaged or defective

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the refund appears in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos and additional information to verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure.
